Silicone O-rings (VMQ/PVMQ/MQ) made from FDA food-grade silicone. Suitable for high and low temperatures, hot air, water and light steam. Operating range –60°C to +200°C. Not compatible with oils or fuels.

All Silicone O-rings (VMQ/PVMQ/MQ) supplied by BRT are manufactured exclusively from FDA food-grade silicone. They remain flexible at very low and high temperatures and offer excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, weathering and ageing, making them suitable for outdoor use.
Compatible with hot air, water up to ~100°C and light steam up to ~120°C, glycols and food/medical applications.
Not compatible with mineral oils, fuels or petroleum-based lubricants.
Applications: food and beverage equipment, medical and laboratory devices, pumps, valves, steam systems, pneumatic systems and low-temperature machinery.
Food-grade EPDM O-rings are available on request. Food-grade PTFE (Teflon) O-rings are available on request.
